Tomorrow is Turkey Day in the U.S. of A., which means widespread turkey slaughter and belt-loosening. But Thanksgiving, which has something to do with pilgrims being helped by Native Americans in a moment of extreme need and thanking them a few months later by taking their land and all their possessions, is about much more than just turkey. There’s a whole big meal, which makes it most Americans’ favorite holiday. What sorts of things do people eat on this most delicious of days?
