7 Elaborate Lego Monsters

For whatever reason (lack of vision, lack of necessary parts, lack of concentration), our Lego constructions never quite lived up to the thing on the box, much less to our wild mental images of what we were building. That’s not to say that making amazing objects and infinitely detailed sculptures out of Lego is impossible, simply that we kind of sucked at it.

Just look at the entries in Nonch’s listicle of 7 Elaborate Lego Monsters, which includes some original beasties as well as blocky reconstructions of some of our favorite pop culture creeps. We especially dig the Predator bust at right, but we don’t understand why they left a couple more great entries out. We’ve included them after the jump.
