We remember being really disappointed upon learning that astronauts who were in orbit for a long time had to work out or face a massive re-education process to strengthen their muscles upon returning to Earth’s gravitational surface. Running on a treadmill in a space shuttle seems like a such a dull way to stay fit, no?
