While researching this morning’s post about butter sculptures we happened upon another great unexpected medium used by many out there on the Webs for crafting unusual and ephemeral objects: balloons. Now because of their fragile and ephemeral nature, you might think that balloons are poorly suited to the longevity-obsessed art of sculpture, but we would tend to argue that such a tension makes the material all the more rich.
