At the rather oversized North American college we attended, an initiation rite still performed every year by the entire male rugby team involved the players running through the dorms naked, with each young man holding onto the penis of the player in front of him. It was juvenile, certainly, but the overall effect was something like a giant abstract millipede.

Watching that spectacle was the closest we’ve ever come to participating in a naked sporting event. That said, looking over some of the activities and hobbies shoe-horned into the “sports” category in YesButNoButYes’s listicle of the Top 10 Naked Sporting Events, we’re realizing that we’re actually quite accomplished nude athletes. We hope to become even moreso on June 20 when New York holds its first ever naked bike ride.
