You might also think the Jamie Lee Curtis is just another Hollywood liberal, milking the green PR movement by bragging about her hybrid car. You’d be surprised to hear that she holds a patent for a revolutionary new kind of diaper that features pockets for baby wipes, but is witholding licensing rights until diaper companies switch to biodegradable materials.

Most amazingly, you might think that entertainer Penn Jillette (at right) is just a clever satirist and magician, but then you’d feel silly upon learning that he also holds the patent to a magical women’s sexual pleasure bath (actually, it’s not magic, it uses water jets). Weird.
